Who is responsible
ADNMARKETING is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this site. For anything related to this notice, write to jorge@adnmarketing.com.mx.
What we collect
What you give us in the quote form: name, company, phone or WhatsApp, email address, and your project details — show or event, city, installation date, stand size, stand type and whatever you write in the description. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, the content of that conversation as well.
The site also records browsing data automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
What we use it for
Primary purposes, needed to serve you: to contact you, prepare and send a quote, follow up on your project, deliver the contracted service, and meet the tax and contractual obligations that follow from it.
Secondary purposes, which do not condition the service: to send you information about our services and to measure how our advertising campaigns perform. You can object to these by writing to the address above, without it affecting your project.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that let us operate — messaging and email, site hosting, and advertising and measurement tools such as Google and Meta — and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers process information outside Mexico.
Your rights
You may access your data, correct it if inaccurate, request its deletion when you consider it is no longer needed, or object to its use for specific purposes. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. These are the ARCO rights granted by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
To exercise any of them, write to jorge@adnmarketing.com.mx stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a way to reach you. We will respond within the periods set by that law.

Terms and conditions
Purpose
This site presents ADNMARKETING's services for the design, fabrication, installation and teardown of exhibition stands, brand activations, displays and point-of-sale units, and lets you request a quote.
Quotes
The information published here is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Every quote is issued in writing, carries its own validity period and conditions, and is subject to confirmation of workshop availability and of the requested installation date. Prices exclude Mexican VAT unless expressly stated.
Project scope
What each project includes is what the accepted quote states. Any later change — dimensions, materials, graphics or dates — is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before it is carried out.
Client obligations
To deliver artwork files, logos and venue information on time, and to hold the contracted floor space with the show organiser. Delays attributable to the client may affect the agreed delivery date.
Intellectual property
The photographs, renders, texts and designs on this site are owned by ADNMARKETING or used with permission. Third-party trademarks shown belong to their respective owners and appear only as a reference of completed work, with their permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for failures arising from causes beyond our control, including acts of authority, decisions by the venue or organiser, failures in the building's power supply, and force majeure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and performance, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
